One on One Coaching

Single Session

In this single session, we’ll explore the area you’d like to focus on, create awareness around your current situation, challenge negative thoughts, visualize an outcome, discuss a strategy and ways to achieve your goals and establish who or what will support you. 

Single appointments are $125 for 50 minutes.

Four Session Package

In this package I spread out the coaching in four sessions to cover an area where you’d like to take a deep dive into what would bring you the most value. I will use a variety of coaching practices: powerful questions, creating a vision, personality strengths, neuroscience and brain based coaching and emotional intelligence to help you discover wellbeing in your life and work. 

This package allows for weekly email interaction in addition to our sessions.

The four session package is $400 for four 50 minute sessions.

Eight Session Package

For the eight session package, you will have the full range to work on wellbeing in your life and work.  We’ll discuss a strategy and ways to achieve your goals, and establish who or what will support you. We will find your comfort level with a coaching practice, or a combination, that works best for you: powerful questions, creating a vision, personality strengths, neuroscience and brain based coaching and emotional intelligence. Based on what you discover about yourself, you will map out the direction you want to go and take your life and work to a whole new level as you design what will bring you the most value.

This package allows for weekly email interaction in addition to our sessions.

The eight session package is $875 for eight 50 minute sessions.

As a certified Career Coach, I do exactly what a Life Coach does with a focus on your work and career goals.  I partner with you to achieve the outcomes that allow you to reach your fullest potential.

Where does coaching take place?

Most of our coaching sessions will take place on Zoom, where I will provide a link, or over the phone. These methods are extremely convenient and effective for you to fit coaching into your schedule. 

What is my role in coaching?

Life and career coaching are partnerships. You take the lead in coaching by letting me know what you want to achieve, what you need to get your goal and how you want to be supported in your efforts.

What distinguishes a life coach from a therapist?

A life coach offers guidance by clarifying and achieving personal and professional goals, helps you improve communication skills, works with you to achieve balance in your work and life and offers strategies for you to reach and maintain short and longterm goals. A therapist works with you to recover from past traumas, explore why past relationships have been destructive, work through depression that may affect your ability to function and help you survive loss or divorce of a loved one.
