This year has been overwhelming on so many levels. And I recognize that when I am thankful in the smallest area of my life, grace shows up without warning.

Maybe you, or a loved one, or a colleague or a stranger have been faced with insurmountable odds. It’s in these most tender, trying moments that being grateful is so hard. Yet such a gift.

Grateful: feeling or showing an appreciation of kindness; thankful.
