One on One Coaching
For individual coaching sessions, schedule an appointment.
In your single session, we’ll explore the area you’d like to focus on, create awareness around your current situation, challenge negative thoughts, visualize an outcome, discuss a strategy and ways to achieve your goals and establish who or what will support you.
Single appointments are $150 for 60 minutes. Use the drop down menu to make your choice.
Four Session Package
For the four session package, here’s a rough outline that will be customized just for you. You may schedule the four appointments here.
Week One: We’ll explore the area you’d like to focus on and create awareness around your current situation. Week Two: You’ll discover your strengths through an assessment, challenge negative thoughts and visualize an outcome. Week Three: You’ll explore what habits you want to eliminate by creating new habits. Week Four: We’ll discuss a strategy and ways to achieve your goals, and establish who or what will support you. I will use a variety of coaching practices: powerful questions, creating a vision, personality strengths, neuroscience and brain based coaching and emotional intelligence to help you design your life and work.
This package allows for weekly email interaction in addition to our sessions.

Eight Session Package
For the eight session package, you will have the full range to design your life and work. You may schedule the eight appointments here.
Week One: We’ll explore the area you’d like to focus on and create awareness around your current situation. Week Two: Using exercises to let go of areas that hold you back and goal exercises, you’ll explore where you want to be. Week Three: You’ll discover your strengths through an assessment, challenge negative thoughts and visualize an outcome. Week Four: You’ll explore what habits you want to eliminate by creating new habits. Week Five: You’ll take steps to outline time management that will offer you the greatest chance for success. Week Six: You’ll look at the role of self-confidence as you step into what your new goals look like. Week Seven: You’ll find how the balance wheel and daily success habits can transform your life. Week Eight: We’ll discuss a strategy and ways to achieve your goals, and establish who or what will support you. We will find your comfort level with a coaching practice, or a combination, that works best for you: powerful questions, creating a vision, personality strengths, neuroscience and brain based coaching and emotional intelligence. Based on what you discover about yourself, you will map out the direction you want to go and take your life and work to a whole new level as you design what will bring you the most value.

What is a Life Coach?
As a Certified Life Coach I encourage, support and motivate you to achieve the goals you choose in your personal transformation. I will listen and asks questions to prompt you to think about where you are and where you want to be. I will partner with you as you discover how to connect the dots in your life, and stand alongside you as you reach the next level you’re looking to achieve.
What is a Career Coach?
As a Certified Career Coach, I do exactly what a Life Coach does (check above) with a focus on where you want to go in your work and career. I will partner with you to achieve the goals you desire at work so that you can lead the life that demonstrates your fullest potential.
Where does coaching take place?
Most of our coaching sessions will take place on Zoom, where I will provide a link, or over the phone. These methods are extremely convenient and effective for you to fit coaching into your schedule. Please prepare for coaching by choosing a quiet space with no distractions so that we can both focus on the conversation. Face to face coaching is available by request.
What is my role in coaching?
Life and career coaching are partnerships. You will take the lead in our coaching by letting me know what you want to achieve, what you need to get your goal and how you want to proceed. We will progress at the pace and the level you choose, because I am confident that this self-directed and goal-oriented approach is effective for bringing out the best in you.
What are the benefits of life or career coaching?
When you enter into Life or Career coaching, you’ll have someone totally dedicated to you and how you want to achieve your goals. My role is to be non-judgmental, supportive and to motivate you when you want more for your life or work. I will offer you tools to keep you focused on what you want to do and where you want to go. You will receive insights and clarity and know there is someone in your corner.
What distinguishes a Life Coach from a Therapist?
A Life Coach offers guidance by clarifying and achieving personal and professional goals, helps you improve communication skills, works with you to achieve balance in your work and life and offers strategies for you to reach and maintain short and longterm goals. A Therapist works with you to recover from past traumas, explore why past relationships have been destructive, work through depression that may affect your ability to function and help you survive loss or divorce of a loved one.
